• The diagnostic wax up is one of the most important step in terms of planning a smile desing, this is where the collaboration between dentist and technician will take position, due to produce the best result in terms of improvement from the starting situation to final result.

• After we cast the models, according to the clinical instruction, we will simulate a real preparation of the teeth in plaster, then we build on top of it the new smile with an aesthetic white wax. From here we could use the new shaped smile to create stent for temporary, surgical guide for implant and most of all a real model to show and discuss with the patient before the permanent restoration will be made. The Erkodent system enables us to create antibacterial equipped night guards, mouthguards, and bleaching trays.

The antibacterial -bz foils counteract the generation of bad smells and discolouring caused by bacteria without affecting the physical features of the materials.

The same applications are finished the same way as foils without antibacterial equipment.

The -bz foils meet standards for biocompatibility and antibacterial effectiveness. Furthermore the material has been successfully checked with regard to biological safety and toxicology according to EN ISO 10993-1.

E.max press ceramic

• IPS e.max allows you to offer your patients impeccable esthetic restorations, which are also characterized by high mechanical strength.  Depending on the case at hand and the required strength, you can choose the most suitable all-ceramic material. Lithium disilicate (LS2), which demonstrates superb esthetic properties, is used to restore single teeth in the anterior and posterior region.

• The innovative IPS e.max Press lithium disilicate glass-ceramic (LS) offers excellent fit, form and function combined with high strength of 400 MPa. The material is supplied in four levels of translucency and two sizes. The resulting restorations exhibit lifelike esthetics.
